PVC shutter, made from PVC,is a perfect choice for a wet-room inside or outside of the home.

PVC shutters come in five standard colours with classic white as a representation, also the color

can be customized.  The blade sizes are 64mm and 89 mm or 115 mm with either stainless stapled

centre control bar or Aluminium hidden controls at rear or an aluminium face control on the side.

PVC is an important addition to the shutter materials collection, offering versatility between

the other options timber and aluminium. The painted finish makes it hard to distinguish between

a basswood or PVC shutter which enables you to mix and match in the home without noticing,

because they are an exterior or interior shutter, PVC are an excellent choice in a bathroom which

has a high humidity or a wet or damp environment. PVC shutters are covered under a ten-year warranty.

1. What’s the material of the shutter?And what’s the feature of the material?

PVC shutter is water proof, anti-UV, fire-retardant, vermin proof. The structure is more stable,it can bare an environment temperature range from  (-30 to 60 ℃/ -22 to 140℉). So no matter the shutters

are sending to European, North America or Australia, it will not lose shape.

We currently produce 3 colors for the components. White, off white, classic white

Except of painted components, we also supply unpainted ones.

3. What is your MOQ for PVC shutter components?

Our MOQ for PVC shutter components is 1x20GP. But mostly, our clients chose 40HQ container, 

which is supposed to load more and save cost on shipping. 

4. What kinds and what sizes of louver you supply?

We supply plain louver and reinforced louver with sizes 2”, 2-1/2”, 3-1/2”, 4-1/2”

5. Do you accept OEM order?

Yes, we provide OEM service. But there will be a cost on opening new molds. 

6.What’s the delivery date? 

Normally, within 2 weeks after receipt of your down payment. But for popular items, 

we have goods in stock to ensure a quick delivery.

7.What’s your payment terms

30% TT in advance, balance before container loading

8.Do you supply samples?
